We have also addressed with housekeeping as to the poor servicing of your room - additional training and checklists revisited to ensure all rooms are serviced to the same standard al our other rooms receive.
Regarding the outside staircase - this is a constant battle with the elements being so close to the beach sand and unfortunately the Richardsbay 'blackdust', that sweeping every morning and afternoon is not keeping it at pristine.
We hope to receive you back as guest soon to see some of the upgrades.
