Beach Blessing Townhouse - Dock Point 13 is a delightful, Edwardian semi-detached townhouse self-catering house for 6 people in Durban, within close proximity to Ushaka Marine World and the Durban beachfront.
The air-conditioned townhouse comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin.
The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed, double mattress at the bottom and single on the top. These rooms share the second bathroom which is fitted with a bath, a toilet and a double washbasin. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and lead out onto verandahs. All linen, blankets and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a 6-seater table and high back chairs with cushions. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Wi-Fi access is also available on an LTE router. 3GB is given free to the guest on arrival, mainly used for general use. It is not uncapped, however, over and above that, guests will have to top up at their own cost.
The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area featuring outside seating with comfortable seat pads, a charcoal portable braai, and overlooks the enclosed manicured garden, with a plunge pool. The front of the house opens up onto the canals which one is able to admire the beautiful fish; however, fishing is prohibited.
There are 2 secured parking bays available in the basement below the house. Guests gain access to the unit via the front door directly from the basement parking area. Small pets and dogs are welcome, as long as they are house trained.
