Description

Beach Break is a light, sunny, very private double-storey self-catering house located on Beach Road in Scarborough, just a 1-minute walk to the beach.

Beach Break has enough space for 1 or 2 families and can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults and 4 children. Also perfect for romantic escapes as the king bedroom is upstairs.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom is located upstairs and contains a king-size bed and a shower en-suite. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en-suite. The third bedroom contains a double bed, a single bed, and a bunk bed, as well as a shower en-suite with a basin and toilet. The second and third rooms lead out to the garden.

The kitchen, lounge and dining area are open-plan. In the morning, sunlight floods through the kitchen, and you can enjoy your breakfast on the back balcony while enjoying the view of the mountain. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, microwave, stove, and oven, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The dining area features a large 8-seater dining table and chairs. The living area boasts comfy couches, board games, a docking station for music, and blankets for those chilly winter evenings. A wood-burning fireplace keeps the living area cosy.

The living area has sliding doors leading to the upstairs balcony which has plenty of seating for soaking up the sun, Weber braai facilities, and a retractable awning for shade. A TV with Netflix is available.

The large secure garden is ideal for children to play, and a basket of outdoor toys with bats and balls is provided. There is also a firepit and braai area in the back garden.

The Camel Rock Restaurant, and The Hub Café & Foragers Deli and both nearby. Guests can explore Cape Point, and Boulders Beach to see the penguins, Kommetjie, Long Beach, Noordhoek, and Chapman's Peak Drive, all of which are close by. Beach Break is approximately 40 40-minute drive from the Cape Town CBD and the V&A Waterfront.
