Beach Gem is a gorgeous and luxurious triple-story Villa located in Langstrand, Namibia, right on the beach with absolutely breathtaking views. It's the perfect house for a long stay with a large family, or group of friends, offering luxury and lots of space for everyone.

This spacious Villa boasts amazing open spaces and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open-plan designer kitchen to dream of, and a dining and lounge area. The main bedroom acts as the penthouse floor of the villa where guests are right on top of the world with nothing but space, view, and luxury. This bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a luxury bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Moving to the second level, guests will get the second bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. This room boasts amazing views of the blue ocean. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed. These 2 bedrooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.

On the second floor, there’s also a lounge room furnished with comfy couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels and features a kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and a dining area for those days when guests are too lazy to go downstairs to the main kitchenette. This area has beautiful ocean views and gives access to a balcony.

Downstairs, the bottom floor opens to the main areas which are the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The modernly designed kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a centrally located breakfast island with chairs for guests to enjoy their meals. It further expands to the living area, furnished with beautiful and modern couches, and features a cosy fireplace that can also be used as an indoor braai. There’s a separate guest toilet.

The living area opens onto the outside deck area, furnished with a big table that allows for al fresco dining, as well as a little garden as guests go down the stairs on their way to the ocean. Guests are afforded safe and secure parking in 2 garages.

Langstrand is close to adventure activities and drivable dunes. The beach is right in front of you, but with a short walk, guests can access the long and undisturbed beach that is perfect for swimming and long walks. There is a petrol station with an extensive shop, where guests can buy all they need. Guests can find a bigger shopping center in Swakopmund and Walvisbay, which are only a 15 min drive in either direction.
