Beach Villa Die Duyker offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a lovely home with stunning ocean views. This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom home is situated on Pearl Bay Beach in Yzerfontein, with direct access to the beach. On the right, you will find the beginning of the 16 Mile Beach, and in front of the villa, you will see Dassen Island in the distance.
This villa can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Three of the bathrooms are fitted with a shower and toilet, while the fourth en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower. There is a separate bathroom to share fitted with a shower and toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a large gas stove and an oven, a fridge with an ice and cold-water dispenser, and a breakfast bar island. Next to the kitchen is the dining room, seating 8 guests, and a spacious lounge with a TV with selected DStv channels and an open gas fireplace, serving both spaces. Adjacent to the kitchen is a scullery with a double sink, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.
Other amenities include DStv, Wi-Fi a braai area, a swimming pool, and a relaxation area from where one can enjoy the lovely ocean views. The house is solar-powered.
