Spring Tide apartment is situated on the ground floor, with the entrance on the east side. This self-catering apartment comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, as well as an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is also a fully enclosed courtyard which is ideal for those who wish to bring their pets by prior arrangement. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin.

The right of admission is reserved. The house rules are strictly enforced to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and to maintain good relations with the neighbours.
The person making the booking accepts full responsibility for any breakages or damage of any nature occurring to the property, or the contents thereof during their stay, and will remain responsible in his/her personal capacity for the cost thereof.
- No Excessive noise and/or loud music – any time during the day or night
- At no time may there be more people on the premises than stipulated in your booking (adults or children) If you need to change your guest numbers, do so before you arrive. Unoccupied rooms will be locked.
- No Smoking is allowed anywhere inside the home.
- No Items may be removed from the home.
- If you have not settled your remaining balance at least 2 days prior to your arrival, then the balance is due on arrival – strictly in cash
Please arrive prepared:
- Bath and beach towels are not provided.
- Linen is provided.
- We supply dishwashing liquid, two dish towels, two black bags and one toilet roll per toilet.
- No beverages are supplied, please bring your own coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
- Please bring your own portable hinged grid.
- Firewood is not supplied.
- Load shedding – The home does not offer any alternative energy solutions for load shedding. Please bring your own lighting.
- Ebb Tide and Spring Tide both offer a gas stove and outside braai facilities.

Ebb Tide is situated on the top floor with the entrance on the north side. This self-catering apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a north-facing fully equipped kitchen. The lounge and the main en-suite bedroom lead onto a south-facing balcony which offers views of the river and river mouth. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin, and the second bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin.
