Beaches and Mountains offers accommodation on a residential property in Murdock Valley in Simon's Town, with spectacular sea and mountain views. The property is 1.5 km from the nearest swimming beach, 2.5 km from the Boulders penguin colony, 4.5 km from the center of Simon’s Town and 8 km from the Cape Point Reserve entrance.
Accommodation is offered in a flatlet attached to the main house with its own private entrance and kitchen and a rustic wooden cabin with a private garden for the more adventurous. Both units are accessed by moderate steps. A new kitchenette has just been installed. A real viewsite.
The Flatlet accommodates 2 guests and comprises a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. This unit has a kitchenette which is quipped with microwave oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, electric frying pan, induction plate, washing up facilities, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Other amenities include a TV with full DSTV and DVD player, Wi-Fi and braai facilities. Bedding, shower towels, and complimentary tea, coffee, water and snacks are provided. Hairdryer, ironing and laundry facilities are available.
The Rustic Cabin accommodates 2 guests and comprises a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. This unit has a a kitchenette which is equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, kettle, toaster. Full cooking facilities are available in the main house. Other amenities include a TV with some DStv and DVD player, Wi-Fi and braai facilities. Bedding, shower towels, and complimentary tea, coffee, water and snacks are provided. Hairdryer, ironing and laundry facilities are available.
The owners reside in the main house and are happy to assist with any queries.
