House Rules
- The refundable breakage deposit will be payable to this office a minimum of 21-days prior to arrival date. This payment can be via credit card or EFT. This office will contact you at time of booking to provide payment details.
- No student/matric rage bookings or groups, events, functions. This accommodation is purely family accommodation and we reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not fall within this category.
- Due to the complex's location you will experience environmental sounds i.e. complex living, surrounding streets, restaurants, bar, shopping, day picnic spot etc.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation and no-pets allowed.
- Property is located in residential area with reasonable noise such as gardening or building work generally acceptable between 07:00 and 18:00, and party noise to about 22:00.
- Use of swimming pool is at occupants own risk. Please also be advised that this office has no control over if/when the complex management decides to close the pool.
