Om alles op te som, is ek baie ongelukkig oor die feit dat ons letterlik Vrydag uitgesit is deur Dianne met die verskoning dat my twee kinders (1 & 3 jaar) nie deel van die bespreking was nie en die toilet wat ons gerapporteer het wat oor geloop het. Lovely apartment with the best customer service!

We had a wonderful stay at Becketts Bliss. Communication and response to our requests from the moment we asked for information were quick, helpful and accommodating. And when we arrived we found we had been upgraded at no additional cost to a bigger more private apartment as we were going to an event and would be in late. We were even given late check out at no extra cost. The hostess was so helpful and friendly, and the rooms were well appointed and very pretty. We had a wonderful stay. We will be back if we ever need accommodation in the area again!

Ons gasvrou was amazing.
