Bedrock is ideally located in Bayswater, near the northern N1 entrance of Bloemfontein. Located in the northern suburbs, close to a shopping center, takeaway shops, eateries, medical facilities, and schools. Set in a quiet, safe garden, teeming with birdlife.

The accommodation caters to families as well as business people. Each room is en-suite and comprises a TV with DStv. Wi-Fi and battery lights are available during load shedding There is also a heater or fan, a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, cutlery and crockery, and its own private door leading to the garden.

A full English or continental breakfast is available on request, at an additional fee, which will be served in the breakfast room. A variety of takeaways and meal deliveries are available from different venues.

Other services include laundry facilities available during the week, safe off-street parking for vehicles, braai facilities available on the north side and south side of the house as well as a small portable braai, shaded garden with seating and abundant birdlife, a splash pool, and an equipped wendy house kitchen available for guests who want to do their own cooking.

Smoking is not allowed inside the building. There are outside smoking places with butt catchers.
