Dear Allan, thank you for taking the time to review this apartment. We welcome all comments, good or bad. This apartment is marketed as being in a complex which does lend itself to lack of privacy, unfortunately, part of communal living. We are concerned by your comments regarding the small dirty couch, it is very much a 2-seater as per images attached to this listing. On inspection, we found no smell. We've rented out this property many times and this is the first negative review, which sincerely concerns us as we want all our clients to have a good if not great experience. We sincerely regret that this was not your finding. We would be open to hearing your suggestions on improving this apartment. Thank you kindly. Accommodation Bureau Team.
