Bermanzi Mountain Retreat & Trails is situated in the Skurweberg mountains between Machadodorp, Waterval Boven and Badplaas, and offers guests a choice of units that can sleep between 2 to 10 people.

Guests can either book the Vakashani Chalet for 10 people, the 2-sleeper In The Rocks 4 Two chalet, 4-sleeper Stables De Luxe or the Stables which is ideal for hikers and can sleep up to 8 people in each unit.

The Vakashani Chalet is a luxury, double-storey stone chalet, and offers spectacular views of the Komati river valley and surrounding areas. The chalet consists of 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The chalet also has a kitchen that is equipped for self-catering with an electric stove and refrigerator. Lighting is provided by electricity and solar lighting. The chalet also has a TV with DStv as well as a fireplace. Guests can also cool down in the rock pool, in rainy season.

In The Rocks 4 Two chalet is ideal for a romantic getaway, and has an en-suite bedroom. The chalet has a private kitchenette with an electric stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, as well as crockery and cutlery. The chalet is equipped with a TV with DStv, and guests can relax in on the patio, which also have braai facilities.

The Stables is converted horse stables, that is ideal for hikers, church camps, school groups or corporate team building of a maximum of 50 people. The Stables has 6 rooms with bunk beds, and they make use of ablution facilities. The unit makes use of 2 kitchens that are equipped with fridges, microwaves, as well as cutlery and crockery.
