Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Kindly note that the breakage deposit it will be refunded in 3 to 7 working days after guests have checked out.
Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it, the deposit will not be refunded should you not comply.
Remember to check the checklist when entering the premises and again when leaving the premises. Replacement costs for missing items will be deducted from your deposit.
No pets are allowed on the beds.
The washing machine can be used at an extra cost per load. Bring your own cleaning materials.
No washing is allowed in front of windows or on the balconies.
Joseph is available to clean for all the guests at an additional fee per day.
No loud music or noise is allowed during the day, especially later in the evenings and early mornings. Quiet time is from 22:00.
Outside cameras are not to be switched off or covered at any time.
Place braai grids and drip tray outside before 10:00 if it needs to be cleaned.
Please make sure that you know where and when to put your refuse out for removal.
Bring your towels, dishcloths, and cleaning liquids.
This house can only accommodate 14 people, no extra guests or visitors are allowed.
No fires are permitted on the beach.
