Bird's Nest offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a garden apartment, situated on a residential property where the owners reside. The property is centrally located in Riviera in Pretoria, and offers easy access to hospitals, various academic institutions, government buildings and embassies, sports facilities, shops, parks and unique attractions in Pretoria.

The Self-catering apartment is not without reason called Bird's Nest, and bushbabies are also regular visitors. The design of the apartment is complementary to the old-fashioned character of the area.

The apartment can accommodate a single person or a couple in a bedroom with a double bed. A separate room is equipped as a study. The shower is a room on its own, with a dressing area. It is equipped with an infrared heater to help with getting out of it in winter. The toilet is entirely separate, with a hand wash basin. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, induction stove, microwave, and a sink, and the lounge is furnished with a TV with selected channels.

The lounge leads onto a covered verandah, which serves as an outdoor dining. In addition, there is a washing machine, a basin, and a braai. The private garden of the apartment is only accessible to guests.

A security gate provides access to parking under a shade net.
