Black Barn at Romansbaai is set back in lush fynbos in the Romansbaai Beach Estate in Gansbaai. This private estate offers access to a pristine and private sandy beach. Black Barn is a 3-bedroom home, just 400 m from the beach.
The house is beautifully furnished and offers an expansive outdoor entertainment area. Each of the 3 bedrooms contains an extra-length king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The house also comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area set in a double-volume space, as well as a guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove with electric oven, coffee machine, wine fridge and dishwasher. The house offers various braai facilities, a wood-fired combustion stove, a Bose sound system, and Wi-Fi.
There is a north-facing courtyard with built-in seating, adjacent to the pergola-covered outside dining and braai area. In addition, the house features a KolKol hot tub, complete with a fire-heated stove, set in the fynbos above the courtyard, as well as a boules court to try your skills.
