Great stay, beautiful location and Black Eagle Lodges - The Lodge.

Lovely combination of mountain views, dam swimming and hot tub relaxing! Off the beaten track and perfect for a relaxing time away from the rush of life! Close enough to Hermanus + Caledon for day trips.

Great stayover to relax.

Not having to waste time going through check-in/out was fantastic. The lodge was beautiful. It was spacious and had everything a person needs for a relaxing holiday. Being able to walk amongst the lovely fynbos was a privilege. Wallowing in the Kolkol heated plunge pool, sipping a wee libation and looking out over the veld into the distance can only be relaxing.

Beautiful, meaningful, beautiful.

We went away on a silent retreat, 6 friends. To be in nature, hiking, swimming, hot tubbing, resting, journaling, praying. It was the perfect place to reconnect with ourselves and with God. Very beautiful and natural and peaceful.

We were blessed with the stunning weather, the location is breathtaking and the wood-fired hot tub proved extremely popular!

Wonderlike ligging, uitstekend toegerus, mooi ingerig, 'n heerlike plek om te kuier, stap en rus.

'n Baie aangeneame kuier in alle opsigte.

Die enigste aspek wat effe negatief mag klink is die toestand van die pad op sekere plekke. Die ligging (konstante, heerlike koel bergbries), pragtige uitsig oor area tot by Caledon, gerieflike huis met alles in puik werkende toestand, dam met heerlike koel, skoon water en die houtverhitte Jacuzzi was wenners. Stilte en paddakore saans is vir stadsjapies presies waarna mens soek - lekker stappaadjies en 'n gevoel van afsondering en vryheid in die natuur. Gerieflik naby Caledon en Hermanus deur die mooie Hemel-en-Aarde-pad sou 'n mens soontoe wou gaan. 'n Aangename ervaring wat ons definitief weer sal doen met ons ander dogter en skoonseun en kleinkinders.

Asemrowend en lewensverruikend.

Die uitsig is onbeskryflik, plek is baie netjies en uitstekend uitgerus met alles wat jy kan nodig kry. Perfekte plek om uit te rus en te hernu saam familie of vriende.

Regte plek vir afskakel en rus.

Rustig met 'n pragtige uitsig oor dammetjie wat ook heerlik was om in te swem. Pragtige natuurskoon en stilte. Goeie plek om jou batterye te herlaai.

Rustig en omgewing pragtig.

Al wat ons dink dit meer gerieflik sou maak is dat daar 'n binnebraai ook moes wees. Veral as die winde so erg is en ook in die winter.

Fantastic getaway destination!

The perfect destination. Had a fantastic time swimming in the dam, relaxing in jacuzzi and enjoying the great views from stoep and braai area.

Wonderlik.

Dis 'n wonderlike wegbreek, rustig en knus. Ek kan dit aanbeveel vir 'n persoon wat rustige tyd weg wil hê. Skoon en netjies.
