Not what I expected.

The reception was very professional. Room had a fireplace but they 'had an incident and we were not allowed to make a fire. The premier room had a king-size bed as promised but it had a single bed electrical blanked. It was disappointing that a 'premier' room had no bar fridge. Please note we are in the process of putting kitchenettes in the rooms with fridges and microwaves.
Due to the fireplace, we stopped all guests using fireplaces as we had an incident in the past whereby the guest smoked the room out and we had to block this room for a few days, thereby losing revenue.

Beautiful area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. But breakfast was a chaotic, we had to wait 40 minutes for coffee as the machine was faulty. They only had one staff member taking orders and we had to wait very long to be served. Excellent location and although we arrived very late, someone was available to show us into the room and make sure all was in order and that we had all we needed. Friendly, helpful staff.

Wij hadden een huisje voor 4 personen. Een dubbelbed beneden en een dubbelbed op zolder. Het is een zelf catering huis echter er ontbreekt het een en ander aan inventaris.
