Amazing location, but not well equipped and building maintenance needs attention.

Sidewalk parking a problem with the high curb. Cleaner was not there every day. The braai is too small and broken. Building is in urgent need of maintenance. Location and view excellent

We enjoyed the excellent views and location.

The unit needs drastic attention. One TV's sound was faulty and the other did not work at all, the Weber was broken, the third bedroom was absolutely horrible, the carpet was disgustingly dirty, windows and blinds could not open and close. Big pluses are the washing machine and tumble dryer, the cleaning service and the extra towels and bedding. However, there is no secure or covered parking, one's vehicle is outside on the sidewalk.

Nice with a few hiccups.

The restaurant next door has a car guard who made us feel uncomfortable and even unsafe as he was constantly walking past the house and looking in. He even came to ask for food and drinks. With our small children, we were not comfortable with that. We would have liked to keep the sliding door open for the beautiful view, but then preferred to keep it closed. I called the cleaning lady on Friday morning to see if she was coming in, and if so, what time. She arrived after 9:00, and when she went home again at about 1:30 p.m., she let it be known that she would not come back until Monday. As I understood it, the house would be serviced every day. The toilet paper was also only enough for 2 days.

Blue Robin is lekker geleë met 'n fantastiese uitsig oor die Moederstad. Veiligheid is tops. Ons was mal oor die balkon se braai met die seebries oor jou.

The accommodation was relatively good, only a few things that could be improved

The place needs some upgrading and some things are broken. The fridge's door racks were gone and there were no sharp knives to cut with. there were no plastic bowls either. The tumble dryer did not work. The blinds are broken. The balcony is dangerous for children the railings are completely open. The back wooden door is swollen, you have to try to open and close it with great force. There was no washing line, just had to buy rope to hang things. The front gate cannot open either. must use a lot of effort. The ramp where you have to stop your car is very high, catching the car's underside. If I can make a representation, it might also be good to stick something in front of the front sliding door's windows, because everyone who walks by looks directly at you where you are sitting watching TV. Then the benches are also not comfortable at all, and have already fallen out in the middle.
