Blue Rock Accommodation is located in the Blue Rock Cable Waterski Resort on the beautiful slopes of the Helderberg Mountains, very close to Sir Lowry’s Pass, Somerset West and Gordon’s Bay. The resort offers various watersports and outdoor activities including cable water skiing, wakeboarding, kneeboarding, canoeing, rock jumping, paintball and zip-lining. Lake Blue Rock has crystal clear water and has a depth of 60 meters, which is ideal for commercial and scuba diving.
Blue Rock Accommodation offers stylish, comfortable and affordable accommodation with private double rooms that occupy 2 people, as well mixed dormitories with bunk beds that sleep 6 guests. It has shared communal showers. Group bookings require a minimum of 6 people.
The on-site Blue Rock Restaurant and Café has a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner accompanied by homemade desserts. The chef creates special dishes for elegant dining and promotes a healthy lifestyle, cooking seasonal dishes using fresh and local produce.
The Badi “beach area” is great for relaxing, tanning and socializing. For the children, there is shallow water for swimming and a children’s playground. Shaded areas, umbrellas, bean bags and deck chairs are available for hire. There is also a beach bar which can be hired out for private functions.
