Blue Space Beach House & Beach Shack is situated across the road from the sea in Pumula, on KwaZulu-Natal's South Coast, and offers guests unique accommodation in a 12 m converted container-inspired holiday house and a beautifully designed wooden beach shack, both with amazing sea views. Both the beach house and beach shack are situated on a residential property where the owners reside.

Blue Space Beach House is a converted shipping container joined to an open-plan beach house consisting of 2 en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen and living area. Each bedroom is furnished with a double-bed and en-suite bathrooms with showers. There is a set of kids bunk-beds in the living area, ideal for 2 children. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven, a fridge, toaster and a microwave. The living area is equipped with a three-seater couch, 2 casual lounge chairs, TV with DSTV and free Wi-Fi. there are two double french doors that open out onto the verandah and your own garden. Outside furniture: six-seater table with bench chairs, a hammock, portable braai and firepit in the garden.

Blue Space Beach Shack is an open-plan, beautifully designed wooden cabin that features 2 bedrooms of which 1 is furnished with a double-bed and the other bedroom with 2 single-beds. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a clear roof shower. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, toaster, microwave and breakfast nook with a view to die for. The lounge is equipped with a two-seater couch, comfortable chair, TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi with a double French door that opens onto the balcony. The balcony has a table and chairs and the most beautiful 180 degree sea view. Your own built-in braai area is available down the stairway under a shady tree with views, a table, full seating and a hammock.

Both units are supplied with bed linen, extra blankets, bath towels, and toiletries.

Inside parking is available for 4 vehicles, 2 vehicles per unit. There is also a swimming pool and a small playground for children on the property.

Blue Space is situated on a dead-end road with just 6 houses on it. There are 2 pathways that lead directly to the beach which offers great fishing, surfing and swimming spots as well as plenty of beautiful natural rock pools that children can explore. The KwaZulu-Natal South Coast is known as the Hibiscus Coast. The closest local shops are in Hibberdene or Umtentweni, which are both 11 km away, however, there is a little Superette just minutes away.
