More attention to guests' comfort is needed.

As everyone is aware of load shedding, one would think that a good establishment like Bluewater will be prepared to welcome their guests in an appropriate matter. Unfortunately for us this was not the case. On arrival we were told that there is no electricity, after a long drive we had to wait a while to sort out full payment, although we had paid 50%. Eventually we were taken to our apartment after driving from cottage to cottage. We could not have a hot shower or even a refreshing beverage. Our plans was to relax the night and prepare dinner at the apartment. This was impossible, we had to eat out Friday and Saturday night. I paid for a four sleeper, my two sons did not stay with us due to this. We had to purchase a blow up bed and bedding, in order for my elder son to be able to accommodate them in his bachelor flat. Due to all these uncalled for expenses we went over our budget. On arrival I discussed with the lady about staying a day longer. I just could not wait to get out of there. We left at 04:00 Monday morning.
