Bo Kouga Mountain Retreat is ideally situated 29 km from Uniondale in the Bo Kouga valley between the Garden Route, R62 and the Baviaanskloof.

On this 300-hectare mountain retreat you can explore nature at its best, walk in the game camp with Eland, Zebra and Springbok and take a picnic with you to the waterfall. Your stay promises laid back days of tranquility amid fauna, flora and starlit nights. Here you will find a dramatic landscape, sensational panoramic mountain views and cool streams.

The farm buildings and accommodation have been extensively renovated and include 3 pet-friendly cottages. The interiors are well-appointed with your comfort in mind. Some of the out buildings date back to the 1860s including 1 of the 5 cottages.

At Bo Kouga Mountain Retreat accommodation is offered in 4 well-equipped and comfortable self-catering cottages.

The Gemsbok Cottage dates back to the 1860’s and has been beautifully renovated. The Eland Cottage, an original farm building also renovated, the Zebra Cottage perfect for a weekend getaway for two, and the Buffalo Cottage our largest cottage unit and more modern and luxuriously equipped.
