Was lekker om te braai en die plek te geniet.

Verblyf was goed. Wat jy sien op die fotos is nie wat jy kry nie. 10/10 vir die personeel wat hul beste gee met wat beskikbaar is. Ligging is goed op die strand. Kamers was netjies.

The stay was excellent, very friendly staff, breakfast was more then what we expected.

Few things that disappointed us a lot that we where looking forward to use, and feel there we lost out on the amount that we paid. Got stuck first day in lift, tried again, but didn't work, so I had to walk staircase up with suitcases. On website you show a larger indoor pool, but see it was made shorter and you added a Jacuzzi. Pool wasn't very clean to be used, and Friday evening the Jacuzzi was on, looking forward to use it, but we could not use it as the temp got stuck on 45°, it was so hot, one person tried to help without any results. Braai in pool area was very filthy inside, and there is now TV as advertised. Regarding the safe, there is one, but it is not fixed to the wall, how must you place your belongings in there and expect to be safe. You also advertise that you have a gym room to be used, only gym equipment that we found was the one rusted machine in the pool room.

Lift, As I understand by my colleague, the lift was 100% working and due to confusing instead of pressing 2 for first floor were your room is, you keep on pressing 1, while the lift is already on ground floor (1).
We apologies on the information regarding 17m Swimming pool. Our website designed supposed to updated the page with new information of 7m pool. The Swimming was busy, and even on the same day, we had more than five people using the Swimming pool the whole day. We could not install the cleaning machine because it was in use.

Television on the swimming pool was take out on the 24 December 2019, to be fix. But we have ordered new television for the same place.

Let me take this opportunity to apologies for all unpleasant facts you have mentioned and we really appreciate. We are very sorry and we aimed to improve our services.

It was very nice.

Our family had a great stay at Boathouse. It was just a bit impersonal and we strongly recommend that the owner put more effort into making the guests feel "at home". There are a few broken lights and it seems as if basic maintenance has not been attended to for a long time. One of our beds' bedding had not been replaced and there were blood marks/stains on the sheets. We asked for the bedding to be replaced. Beautiful location.
