Description
This beautiful, light and airy double-storey self-catering family home is located in the sought after area of Bokkemanskloof in Hout Bay, and boasts some of the best views in Hout Bay. On the sunny side of the valley you are able to enjoy the last rays of sun as you sit and unwind on the patio after a lazy day on the beach.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, and an upstairs playroom.
The first and second bedrooms are located upstairs and each contain a queen-size bed. The rooms share a bathroom with a bath, a toilet and washbasin. On this level is a large playroom with couches, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and childrens toys.
The third and fourth bedrooms are located downstairs. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, a toilet and a washbasin. This room has doors opening to the patio. The fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed with a three-quarter bottom bunk and a single top bunk, ideal for children. This room also has doors opening to the patio. The second bathroom contains a bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. Down a step from the dining area is a cosy lounge with couches and a fireplace.
The front covered patio offers outdoor dining furniture, and a garden area with a jungle gym for kids to play.
