As I mentioned on check-in you did book the Economy Room which is our smallest and basic room, nothing fancy.
We do have other rooms and I also did ask you if all was ok on the check-in and you said yes. If you did not like the room we could have upgraded you to the larger rooms if available at the time.
I have also checked the TV in the room and it is working fine.
I also mentioned on check-in that our cell number is on the info sheet in the room, which you could have called us to come to look at the TV. If it was not working we would have moved you to another room.
There is also a notice on the door which also asks you upon check out to let us know of any faulty items, which you did not.
