Description

Brenton Cottage and Flat is situated in the popular, yet small, coastal suburb of Brenton on Sea, just 15 minutes by car from Knysna town. Brenton on Sea offers an ideal setting for that relaxed seaside holiday for family, friends and couples to enjoy.

The accommodation comprises 2 separate self-catering units sleeping up to 4 in the cottage and 2 in the flat. The Cottage and Flat are directly next door to one another and can be booked separately or as one unit. Both units have Wi-Fi and solar power.

Please note that the accommodation is non-smoking but ashtrays are provided for guests who are more than welcome to smoke on their private patio area which also offer tables and chairs as well as a designated braai area for guest use. Allocated off-road parking for guests is situated directly at the cottage and the flat.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, gas hob and air fryer oven. There is a fridge with a small freezer compartment.

The flat has a kitchenette.

The self-catering accommodation is near to small secluded beaches as well as a 5km stretch of beach perfect for long walks to Buffalo Bay. There are 2 restaurants, within walking or close driving distance, from the establishment.

Bushbuck and wonderful birdlife are often spotted in the gardens and surroundings. During the months from June to November, the Southern Right Whales visit our coastline and Dolphins can often be spotted from Fisherman's Walk, a scenic walk along the Brenton Cliffs, just some 100 m away from us. Take time to sit on one of the many benches along this walk.
