Close to town but feels like you are far away.

Everything was pleasant, really enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and delicious breakfast.

I would certainly recommend this place as it also provides electric blankets during this cold season. The breakfast is fresh and deliciously prepared every morning and the host Patrick was very friendly and accommodating. I asked for two single beds in each of our rooms and Patrick was happy to comply, which made my life easier. Recommendations would be to put mats in the bathroom by the shower and the basin area. An additional warm blanket for the guests would be great for the winter season.

Baie rustig in die greep van die natuur wat jy net in Natal sal kry, met 'n waterstroom wat stapafstand is van jou slaap plek af is.

Baie rustig en gemaklik geleë aan die onderkant van die Hilton-pas. Die rustige dreuning van die trein wat nou en dan daarnaby verbygaan gee my heimwee na die dae toe ek in Napierville gebly het tot en met '94. Patrick is 'n baie goeie mens en gasheer. Ek sal dit enige tyd aanbeveel vir iemand vir 'n kort oorslapie of besigheid.

Patrick is an excellent host, friendly and efficient; nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfasts simply delicious!

Very friendly staff, exquisitely furnished rooms, tranquil garden and attention to detail.

Patrick phoned us the day before to ensure he will be around in person to welcome us. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. Breakfast was great start for the Midmar.

We had a warm and welcome reception , the room was beautiful and very neat and the entire experience was very enjoyable.The attention to detail and small personal touches in the cottage was exceptional.
