Bun Clody Manor is located in Hanover, halfway between Johannesburg and Cape Town on the N1, making it the ideal stopover for weary travellers. The ambience is provided by dusty streets and pretty historical buildings as well as the old furrows which still takes spring water through the town.

Accommodation is offered in a variety of guest rooms, which can accommodate between 1 and 5 guests respectively. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, a TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, and tea- and coffee- making facilities. Every room, except for the Single Room - 1 Sleeper, has a bar fridge, and the Self-catering Family Room - 5 Sleeper has a microwave.

Hanover's Church is arguably one of the most beautiful buildings in South Africa and also appears on several postcards. Other beautiful and well established buildings, historical sites, monuments and restaurants are within walking distance. Trappieskop trail offers a magnificent view of the village. Hanover is visited by approximately 12 000 lesser kestrels from Russia in summer.

Star gazing under the Karoo skies are an exceptional experience. Here we are able to count the stars and not the cars. The milky way is nowhere to be seen as clearly as in the Karoo.
