Situated on the beachfront of Clifton’s 3rd Beach, Bungalow 23 is a modern, self-catering house for up to 4 people.

Comfortably furnished, the house comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge, and a deck with beautiful sea and beach views. Overlooking the ocean, the main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a TV, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed for 2 people, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Guests please need to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and a washing machine are also available for guests to use.

Guests can enjoy their meals at the breakfast bar or dining table, and relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV, and Wi-Fi access is available.

The living area accesses the deck via stairs, and the furnished with lounge chairs, an outdoor dining area, and a Jacuzzi.

Parking is available on the street or parking the area, and is subject to availability. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.

Bungalow 23 is just 2 km from various shops, and restaurants in Camp’s Bay for a meal or a sundowner.
