Description
Bungalow Ulusaba is a stunning, sea-facing holiday home set in the exclusive and trendy residential area of Clifton. The house is located on the stairs which lead to the popular Third Beach and boasts magnificent sea, beach and mountain views from every area.
This double-storey home can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms downstairs, and an open-plan kitchen and living area upstairs.
The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and makes use of a dedicated bathroom across the passage, fitted with a walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedroom each contain a queen-size bed and share the family bathroom which is fitted with a walk-in shower. All 4 bedrooms have a sliding door leading to a small garden outside; as well as air-conditioning units with both hot and cold air.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The is also a Nespresso coffee machine, an ice-maker and a dishwasher. Laundry facilities include a washing machine.
The dining area is a large bar style table with seating space for 12 people on bar stools, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided. The is also a section with an oversized couch and a wood-burning fireplace.
The living area opens up onto a lovely outdoor patio area with lounger seating, gas braai facilities and a splash pool. A single garage is available within a short distance on Victoria Road.
