Vriendelik verwelkom maar baie teleurstellend.

Die eienaars was vriendelik maar die verblyf is nie volledig toegerus vir self catering nie. Kombuis is baie klein en jy kan nie regtig kos maak nie. Daar is nie eers 'n afdroograk en die skottelgoedseep is te min. Die plekkie is goedkoop so jy moet self skoonmaak - daar was egter nie enige skoonmaakmiddels of 'n besem of iets nie. Die aircon het ook nie gewerk nie en ons was baie warm. Ek het ook met bespreking van die plek gevra of die strand toeganklik is vir honde en was vinnig gesê ja. Ons was egter by die hek gestop en gese net die locals se honde mag op die strand en dat van die 16de Desember tot die 5de Januarie honde beperk word en net van 5 tot 7 in die oggend op die strand mag wees. Ek voel die eienaars kon die informasie vir ons gegee het want ons moes toe Richardsbaai toe ry elke dag om saam ons honde op die strand kon wees.

The aircon didn't work either and we were very hot. I also asked when booking the place if the beach was accessible to dogs and was quickly told yes. However, we were stopped at the gate and told that only the locals' dogs are allowed on the beach and that from the 16th of December to the 5th of January dogs are restricted and can only be on the beach from 5 to 7 in the morning. I feel the owners could have given us the information because we then had to drive to Richards Bay every day to be able to be with our dogs on the beach.
