Awesome holiday vibe with outlook on swimming pool!

The stay was wonderful and the location made everything so easy and comfortable. The only two major problems we had were monkeys coming into the kitchen on a daily basis and they're not scared of humans anymore, especially women. They attack the women if they try to chase them away. The second problem was consistent load shedding all the time, which made it impossible to sleep with the high heat and humidity. The rest was great and we'll definitely go back in future.

A very pleasant experience.

The host was welcoming and super efficient. Linen and bedrooms had an unpleasant odour. A fan would have been welcome in the lounge as the house is very hot due to the roof type.

Gemaklike, ruim eenheid, loopafstand vanaf die restaurante en winkels. Kan meer aandag gee aan die klein dingetjies.

Ons was 'n groep van 7 mense. Die huis is lekker groot en die kombuis is goed toegerus met genoeg eetgerei en breekware vir so 'n groep. Manzini Chalets is ook lekker naby aan die St. Lucia middedorp en ons het sommer restaurante en winkels toe gestap. Ongelukkig het hulle nie aandag gegee aan die klein dingetjies in die eenheid nie. Heelwat van die ligte se gloeilampe was geblaas, die lugversorging se remote in die een kamer het nie gewerk nie, daar was net 2 toiletrolle tussen die 2 badkamers vir 7 mense vir 3 aande. In die kombuis was daar nie vuurhoutjies of 'n aansteker vir die gasstoof nie. Die mikrogolf en toaster het ook nie gewerk nie. Die eenheid is Saterdag mooi skoongemaak, maar nie die Sondag nie, en ons is nie ingelig dat dit nie sou skoongemaak word nie. Die eenheid het ook sterk geruik na sigaretrook, wat redelik onplesierig was. Die beskrywing van die beddens stem nie ooreen met die beddens in die kamers nie. Die foto's is wel korrek, net nie die beskrywing nie. We were a group of 7 people. The house is nice and big and the kitchen is well equipped with enough cutlery and crockery for such a group. Manzini Chalets is also very close to the St. Lucia town center and we just walked to restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, they didn't pay attention to the little things in the unit. Many of the light bulbs were blown, the air conditioning remote in one room did not work, there were only 2 toilet rolls between the 2 bathrooms for 7 people for 3 nights. In the kitchen there were no matches or a lighter for the gas stove. The microwave and toaster didn't work either. The unit was cleaned nicely on Saturday, but not on Sunday, and we were not informed that it would not be cleaned. The unit also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was quite unpleasant. The description of the beds does not match the beds in the rooms. The photos are indeed correct, just not the description. We still had a nice stay and if these little things and the communication about the cleaning can be resolved we will definitely come and stay here again.
