Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis, and bedding is included.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Bath- and beach towels need to be supplied by guests.
A standard cleaning fee of R 600.00 is payable before arrival. Please note that out-of-the-ordinary cleaning and repairs due to damage or abuse of the property will result in a deduction on your breakage deposit. This is a self-catering unit, washing up of dishes etc remains your own responsibility, and must not be left for cleaning staff after your stay.
A fully refundable breakage deposit, depending on the number of persons, will be levied on each booking.
Please note this is a fire-sensitive area, thatched estate. Small fires, inside and outside, are permitted, preferably with charcoal.
Guest will not have access to all the rooms only for the number of people that are booked.
The garage is not included in the accommodation.
For off-peak seasons: Upon booking the guests have the exclusive use of the garden and outdoor entertainment area. Bedrooms are made available according to number of guests included in the booking.
