Description

BydieC is located in the town of Kleinmond on the South Coast of the Western Cape. This little town offers numerous restaurants and activities, and the house is walking distance from the beach.

The main house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first and second bedrooms contain double beds. The third bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds.

The fourth bedroom is located separate from the house and furnished with 2 three-quarter bed and has an en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, a basin and a toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite, a TV and a fireplace. There is a DStv connection but please bring your own decoder.

The outbuilding also has a separate laundry with washing machine and a chest freezer. The property is located on an enclosed stand with a front lawn, verandah with outside furniture and a portable braai. The backyard has a built-in braai and outside hot and cold shower. There is safe off-street parking.
