My husband and I, along with our two dachshunds, stayed at Cabana Mio for a week during the school holidays.

The cabana was neat and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It was pet-friendly and it was super close to the beach. We could make our own meals in the kitchen, we could chill on the couch and watch TV when we wanted to, and a walk on the beach was so easy because it was close by and scenic. It is also walking distance from the swimming area on Amanzimtoti's main beach. It is very central to shopping centres, restaurants and the Galleria Mall.

The place is short of aircon in the rooms.

They can provide clean towels daily and not once during your 1 week stay. The kitchen tap needs to be replaced. Unit is also very outdated and needs a modern upgrade especially the kitchen and bathrooms. A few rugs or carpets would be nice as the tiles are very slippery after you come from the beach.
