We had a good time.

We were warmly received after having been reminded of our stay and also contacted about the arrival time.

Great value for money.

Great location and value for money because the price was inclusive of breakfast. Quite a residential area. The owner accommodated us on a late check-in request.

Sal weer teruggaan. Evelyn was die perfekte gasvrou. Ek het net een nag gebly, maar was vanaf die intrapslag so gemaklik en welkom laat voel. Die kamer was ruim en skoon. Ontbyt was baie lekker. Dankie ook vir die boeke wat neergesit was, het dit baie waardeer. Het my verblyf geniet. Baie dankie Evelyn.

Evelyn het my sommer lekker welkom laat voel. Ontbyt was 'n wenner. Kamer was ruim, netjies en skoon. Ek het die geselskap ook lekker geniet, dankie. Sal weer die gastehuis besoek, regtig waarde vir jou geld.

Die verblyf is perfek en die ontbyt is 'n goeie begin vir die oggend.

Mooi, skoon en gerieflik. Gasvrou doen vreeslik moeite, veral met ontbyt. Kon goeie nagrus kry. Geen lawaai. Gaan beslis gereeld gebruik maak van die gastehuis. Naby Parrow atletiekbaan. Pas ons soos 'n handskoen.

Nie gevoel soos verblyf by 'n gastehuis nie maar eerder asof ek by familie kuier.

Ek en die eienaars het ure sit en gesels en ek was selfs in die ledige ure van my verblyf geneem vir 'n uitstappie na Babylonstoren. Groete aan die eienaars van die gastehuis. Mag hulle van krag tot krag gaan.

Had an appointment at Panorama Hospital. Also visited mother at Panorama Palms.

Ons gaan gereeld Kaap toe en dit was 1 van die beste plekke waar ons nog gebly het. Evelyn het ons baie goed ontvang en die kamer is ruim, skoon en het 'n baie lekker stort. Ons sal weer daar gaan bly.

And it was only one night but still, you have exceeded our expectations. Exceeded expectations.

Although our stay was one night only, Evelyn made us feel most welcome. A charming lady who pays great attention to detail, Evelyn made sure that we were comfortable in our room and provided us with the must delicious breakfast the following morning. The guesthouse is tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. We have no hesitation in recommending Cape Dawn to either business or leisure travelers to the Cape!

It was really easy to find from the airport. They have inside parking. Very important to me. Nice garden. The cleanliness and neatness of the guest house was the first ting I notice as I was entering the building.

This has been one of the most welcoming guest houses I have been to. The host was amazing, warm and very friendly, she checked on us from time to time to see if we were comfy and this goes beyond the call of duty. The hospitality was outstanding, cleanliness goes beyond measure and has met more than my expectations. Breakfast was exquisite. If anyone goes to Cape Town then the Cape Dawn Guest House is highly recommended. You won't be disappointed. The pics on the internet is exactly as the place is inside and out.

Highly recommended, Cape Dawn Guest House is in a nice neighbourhood, with great restaurants near by. The guesthouse is clean, newly renovated and you are given a delicious breakfast in the morning. Great value for money.

Friendly, warm and welcome.

We got a friendly welcome, when we arrived at the guest house - accommodation was very nice and clean and the owner did her best to made as feel welcome and ensure that the room was nice and warm, with everything we need for our stay, especially in the cold winter weather in Cape Town. We could pick and choose what we liked for breakfast, hot and cold, and everything was prepared while we wait, very fresh and hot. Will definitely stay here again, in future.

An ideal stay.

Cape Dawn was the result of quite a few hours of comparing rates and locations to find the best suited accommodation for a quick business trip to the Mother City. Its location is ideal to access most if not all off Cape Town and the surrounds and is very easy to find. The host is splendid and provides a lovely breakfast. The House is also not overcrowded, meaning that it is a more peaceful alternative to a hotel. I definitely recommend Cape Dawn.

Die gasvrou was uiters vriendelik, hoflik en hulpvaardig. Sy het uit haar pad gegaan om ons tuis te laat voel en ook baie moeite gedoen met die ontbyt. Waarlik 'n aangename verblyf plek. Aan die negatiewe kant kon mens egter gesprekke van ander gaste in aangrensende kamers hoor.
