The Cape Winelands Business Villas offer comfortable self-catering accommodation on a peaceful smallholding in Joostenberg Vlakte, near to the Cape Garden Centre, Tygervalley, and Paarl.
Accommodation is offered in side-by-side self-catering units that each contain 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, and basic cutlery and crockery. The dining area contains a large dining table and seating. The units open to a shared covered patio area with outdoor dining furniture and a built-in braai.
There is a comfortable communal guest lounge with modern luxurious brown leather couches, and a big-screen TV, as well as a built-in bar, an indoor braai, a function or meeting room, and a kitchen preparation room.
