Description
Cape Winelands Holiday Home is a self-catering house powered with an inverter for backup power during load shedding hours. The accommodation is located in a secure estate in Raithby. The property is the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding attractions in the area.
This free-standing holiday home can accommodate 6 persons and has a private entrance, and consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower or bath. Other in-room facilities include air-conditioning in the main bedroom and second bedroom, and a fan is available for the third bedroom.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen that contains the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals, including a dishwasher as well a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The open-plan living area features a dining table with seating, sofas to relax on, a wood-burning fireplace and a TV for media entertainment with high-speed fibre Wi-Fi. The living area leads out to the yard, which has 2 braai facilities and a pool.
Parking is available for 1 or 2 cars on the property. The house is ideally situated near wine estates and wine-tasting venues, within 15 km from central Stellenbosch and 10 km away from Somerset West, where guests can explore wine estates, cycling routes and other local attractions, and approximately 28.5 km from Cape Town International Airport.
Please note the host lives in a separate, self-contained apartment that is attached to the house and has a separate entrance. The host has high regard for the privacy of guests and is on hand to answer any questions or offer assistance with area-related advice if guests require it.
