Capeview is situated in a residential estate (Greenways)in the Strand(Helderberg Area) in the Western Cape Province.

The estate has a nine hole mashi golf course with club house facilities,which includes a restaurant. There are also 2 tennis courts,a swimming pool and walkways inside the the estate and beachfront.

Safety in the estate is a top priority and an excellent 24 hour security system in place.

Our self-catering unit, has it's own separate entrance(max 2 guests)with sea views across False bay towards Cape Point and Table Mountain. The unit is of high standard, comprising of one double bedroom, a very large bathroom with shower, bath and two basins. There is a separate lounge, kitchenette, fully equipped with hotplate, microwave oven and fridge.

The balcony boasts with beautiful mountain and sea views. A parking bay is available in front of the premises. This is the perfect base to explore Cape Town and attractions in this wine area.We do not have braai facilities.

Due to our Estate Security, no visitors are allowed.

If a guest is accompanied by a child,the guest is responsible for the child's safety,especially on the balcony which is on the first floor.
