Caprivi Houseboat Safari Lodge is situated on the banks of the Zambezi River, just 5 km from Katima Mulilo.

Guests have a choice of 5 rustic chalets that open onto the riverbank, as well as a Tented Room. The chalets are furnished with comfortable beds, and they are equipped with mosquito nets and ceiling fans. Each chalet also has an en-suite bathroom. The chalets consist of reed walls, and have canvas curtains that open up in front.

The Tent Room is furnished with 3 single beds, and has mosquito nets. The unit makes use of communal ablution facilities with showers for men and ladies.

Guests can relax at the Rosewood deck with its dining area and lounge bar, and overlooks the river. Guests will be able to see a wide variety of birds, hippos, and if they are lucky, otters and crocodiles. The river is home to various fish species and over 400 species of woodland- and wetland birds can be seen. Boat cruises are available, and day trips and transfers can be arranged on request.
