Awesome hide-away, all the luxuries from home with beautiful views.

We will definitely visit again. The best place to unwind and relax. Loved the outside shower, the enclosed braai Lapa. The privacy and everything was just perfect. We loved watching all the animals Giraffe, Zebra, Impala, Ostrich and more. Lovely picnic spot at the Waterfall,.

Lovely private bush lodge to give you that secluded feeling.

Lovely private bush lodge to give you that secluded feeling, with lots of game to view close up, however with good service at hand if needed. We had a great 4 night stay to explore the nearby forests by mountain bike.

Afsondering en stilte om te kan ontspan en herlaai was 'n voorvereiste - en daaraan het Caracal Lodge beslis voldoen!

Peaceful, pretty, relaxing and private...

My husband and I spent ages searching the internet for a place to escape to for the weekend and, after some frustration, we came across Caracal Lodge. We are so grateful now for all those 'Sorry, we are fully booked for those dates' messages we received from other places we had tried. Great accomodation in a beautiful country setting.

Comfortable and clean accomodation, with everything neccessary for a self-catering getaway. Great braai area set within an old sheep kraal. Great hospitality, arrived in the early evening, with a welcoming camp fire already lit. The outdoor shower was great, however requires double sided screening for added privacy. The short hikes around the farm and the animal interaction, with both farm, wild and domestic was enjoyed by all, Lulu the Jack Russell slept over in our unit, it felt like home away from home. The farm offers a good location to explore the surrounding country Sudwala Caves, Chimp Eden, Kaapsehoop, etc. Thanks to Donald & Staff
