Description

Carpe Diem 1 is a spacious self-catering apartment situated in Manaba on the South Coast. Manaba is a seaside village on the Hibiscus Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. The immediate area is frequented by cyclists and joggers and the Margate Tidal Pool is also found nearby.

This air-conditioned ground-floor unit can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and features an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a separate shower and a bath. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The second bedroom has a double bed and has access to the second bathroom which is fitted with a shower. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has access to the third bathroom which is fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath.

The well-equipped open-plan kitchen contains the necessary appliances and utensils to make almost any meal and also has a dishwasher as an added convenience. The adjacent living area opens out onto a patio which offers a braai facility, a table with seating and sea views to admire.

Lucien Beach, a blue flag beach, is within walking distance from the apartment. A short walk down the beach will bring you to Margate Main Beach. Margate is a very popular resort town that boasts great beaches, an Olympic-size swimming pool, and also an African craft market. Within 50 km are Oribi Gorge which offers the longest zip line in Africa, mountain biking, hiking, white water rafting, and a nature reserve. Furthermore, the Wild Sun Casino is also less than 50km away. Shelly Beach has movies, two shopping malls, deep-sea fishing, dolphin and whale watching as well as diving at Protea Banks.
