Description
Casa Cara Vaaldam is located near the small town of Oranjeville in the Free State. It’s only an 128 km away from Johannesburg and the property is located on the banks of the Vaal River Dam.
Accommodation is available for a group of 14 people in the main house and 2 separate flats.
The main house has 4 en-suite bedrooms, all rooms look out onto the dam. The house is modern and built in an open plan style. It has 2 lounges, 1 is a small intimate lounge with a fireplace and the other is a large open plan lounge. It also boasts a modern kitchen and large dining room. There is a TV in the main house with a full DStv package for your viewing pleasure.
There are 3 entertainment areas available on the property. Part of the house has a large inside pub with a built in built-in braai and small casual lounge this area could easily entertain 20 people under cover should it be raining outside. Then there is the outside patio and pool area with a Jacuzzi which is ideal for sunbathing and for the kids. Lastly, there is an outside entertainment area that is separate from the main house. This is fully covered and contains more gas stoves and braai’s than Jamie Oliver has in his own kitchen. It has a large dining area, a pub, a small kitchen area and lastly also has it’s its own undercover Jacuzzi.
In addition to the main house, there are 2 flats both separate and on either side of the main house, both have views of the dam. There is also 1 outside room which is behind and also separate from the main house, with no view of the dam.
