Casa de la Presa 4 is surrounded by woodland, built right against a dam, and has wildlife roaming freely. It offers tranquil off-grid accommodation just 30 km from Polokwane.
This self-catering house comprises 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms and has a sleeping capacity of up to 8 guests. All 4 bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms located between every second bedroom, which is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic crockery, and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dining table for guests to enjoy their meals. The lounge has comfortable couches, with a TV that offers a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The lounge area has an indoor braai area and leads to a covered patio with a view of the surroundings, the swimming pool, and the outdoor braai area. Guests can relax there and have fun watching wildlife.
The house is fully independent of the power grid and only dependent on solar and gas. Safe parking is afforded on the property.
