House Rules
- Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
- Guests please need to bring their own bath and swimming towels, toiletries, toilet paper, and cleaning materials.
- Sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities
- Please note, there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire about the road's condition before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
- The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
- No smoking permitted inside the establishment.
- No excess noise is permitted at any properties.
- Guests will be held liable for any damages or breakages during their stay.
- Tsitsikamma Seaside Accommodation cannot be held liable in the event of personal injury or damage /theft of personal property occurring during their stay. The use of the facilities are at the guest’s own risk and we will not be held responsible for any accidents relating to the use of these facilities.
- Guests will incur R 1000.00 penalty if the number of guests staying in the property exceeds the number of guests paid for as stated on the confirmation form.
- The property must be left in the same condition it was found. All crockery and cutlery must be washed and rubbish placed in the bin. Should the house be left in a mess an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
