Chalet 38 is a bachelor studio apartment similar to chalet 15. As they are individually owned, Chalet 38 is decorated and furnished differently to chalet 15, but is just as comfortable. It also has a deck above the main bed to accommodate 2 children, and a small courtyard area with braai facilities. Chalet 38 has an allocated uncovered carport.
