Description

Chamonix 16 is a self-catering apartment situated in the upper part of Sea Point; 1 of Cape Town’s most affluent suburbs. This apartment is spread over 3 levels and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

With its blue and gold colour theme, modern furnishing and unique light fittings, the apartment features a large private deck ideal for sunset picnics. Guests can enjoy sea views from all levels as both the living room and a second bedroom has balconies, while the main bedroom leads out onto the large deck.

The first level of the apartment is made up of an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and air-conditioned living area, as well as a guest toilet.

A spiral-like staircase leads you to the middle level which consists of 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom fitted with a shower. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and a bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower.

Guests enter the main bedroom via a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, microwave, stove and an oven.

The lower part of the neighbourhood is trendy and popular with an abundance of restaurants, bars, boutiques and convenient stores. The MyCiti bus is less than 500 m from the apartment, offering easy access to the rest of the city.
