Charlie's Place is a spacious, comfortable and fully equipped self-catering flatlet. The flat is on a residential property but completely private with its own separate entrance and secure private parking in front of the flat. There is shared access to a lovely pool area. The property is within walking distance to various shops and restaurants and is just 2.4 km from the beautiful Blouberg beachfront which is world-renowned for kite surfing and watersports. A short drive will take you to stunning wine farms, and the Cape Town city centre.
Charlie’s Place can accommodate up to 2 guests and has an open-plan layout. The bedroom area contains a queen-size bed and triple cupboard space. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet, and a wash basin. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a large fridge, microwave, a 2-plate gas hob, a mini oven, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, and cutlery and crockery. There is a lounge area with seating, a fan, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free Wi-Fi is available with a UPS supply in the event of load shedding. A desk and a chair are available which is great for remote work. Please request this when making a booking if it is required.
Outside, the flatlet has a private patio area with a table and chairs, an umbrella, and a kettle braai facility. Secure and private off-street parking for 2 cars directly in front of the flat is provided.
Guests have access to the a shared swimming pool area which has umbrellas and shade, chairs, pool loungers and a braai facility. Guests will also have access to a washing machine and washing line area. A weekly cleaning service can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
