Clanwilliam Hills House and Flat offer comfortable accommodation situated within a security complex on the Clanwilliam Dam. The property offers views of the dam and the Cederberg Mountains and is conveniently located within close proximity to the town center.
The house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children and comprises 3 double bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms of which 1 is a full bathroom and 2 only have a shower. One bedroom comprises a queen-size bed, the second bedroom a double bed and the third bedroom comprises 2 single beds for children. Two bedrooms have stack doors that open up completely onto a balcony with lovely views. The open-plan house also comprises a kitchen with a scullery, and a lounge and dining area. The house is equipped with selected DStv channels, and air cooler.
The studio flat can accommodate 2 guests in a queen-size bed and has a bathroom with a shower, a seating area, and a kitchenette. Sliding doors open up onto a large undercover verandah leading to the communal splash pool and paved area. Guests also have access to braai facilities. The accommodation has an inverter installed to assist with the TV and lights during load shedding.
