1. Unpaid extra guests will be evicted with the help of local police officers.
2. No facilities for babies, you need to bring everything yourself.
3. No smoking permitted in the house by law.
4. Cleaning service by arrangement, at least 5 days before checkin, at an additional cost. Please treat our property with respect.
5. The garden is fully fenced and small pets are welcome to stay with you; cats will be able to squeeze through the fence posts so make sure you oversee pets at all times. Pets are brought to stay here completely at risk of, and under the responsibility of, the pet owner. We assume that pet owners will control and protect their pets and also protect the property against damages caused.
